2nd National Competition for Budding Managers

As a part of its endeavour, PHD Chamber of Commerce and industry offers a series of events of national importance; several of these have created a critical mass of leadership in the management calendar of the country and are eagerly awaited by the Industry and academia.  One such new initiative is “NCBM. Role of Education & Skill Development in Tourism & Hospitality Industry.

The 2^nd NCBM Series which will poses an apt challenge to the Young Budding Managers, the Students through their presentations; the students will devise strategies for effectively tapping the large pool of Global Tourists to destination India, and to produce an effective action plan to best implement these strategies.

NCBM provides a unique platform to young budding managers to exhibit their talent and hone their presentation skills and thereby win recognition to excellence. The Competition will also provide excellent opportunities to budding young managers of tomorrow to demonstrate their knowledge, creativity, experience, professional prowess to become ‘Leaders of Tomorrow”.
