PHDCCI is organizing the National Young Chef Competition, a prestigious culinary initiative aimed at celebrating India’s rich gastronomic heritage while promoting innovation and sustainability in the food industry. Aligned with the theme ‘Celebrating Indian Culinary Heritage: Blending Tradition with Innovation’, this national initiative will include four zonal rounds, culminating in a Grand Finale in New Delhi.
The event serves as a dynamic platform for final-year hospitality and culinary students to showcase their talent, where India’s rich traditions are reimagined through the lens of modern culinary innovation.
